Rubber Molding Capabilities
From compression and transfer molding to precision injection molding, we match the right process to your part geometry, tolerance requirements, and production volume.
Three Molding Processes, One Source
Harkesh Rubber Products manufactures components using compression, transfer, and injection molding, selecting the process that best suits each part's design and application. Compression molding places pre-weighed compound in an open mold and cures it under heat and pressure, making it well suited to O-rings, flat gaskets, and other standard shapes at high volume. Transfer molding forces compound through a sprue into a closed cavity, giving tighter flash control and making it a good fit for more complex geometries and components bonded to metal inserts. Injection molding heats and plasticizes the compound before injecting it directly into a closed mold, offering the shortest cycle times and the highest dimensional repeatability for precision parts produced in large quantities.
Each process is supported by tooling and process controls that hold consistent, tight tolerances from run to run. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities in Mumbai and Gujarat, operating since 1982, allow us to take a part from initial prototype molds through qualification and into sustained high-volume production, so customers can move from concept to full-scale supply without changing manufacturing partners.
