Quality assurance at Harkesh Rubber Products begins before a single component is molded. Every incoming batch of raw polymer and chemical ingredient is inspected and verified against material specifications before it is released to compounding, so that only conforming materials enter the production process. During molding and compounding, in-process checks are carried out at defined intervals to monitor cure parameters, compound consistency, and process conditions, allowing any deviation to be caught and corrected early rather than after a full production run is complete.

Once components are molded, each part passes through final dimensional and functional testing to confirm it meets the required tolerances and performance criteria before dispatch. Records are maintained across incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final testing, giving every batch a clear chain of traceability.
